OBD2 flash code does not work?

Pins 6 and 4 which you can usually jump to get the flash code does not work anymore and even with plugging my tech 2 tool in doesn't read? It'll just stay waiting for data and never load?

I don't think this car can have the check engine light blink codes, it must be done with the scanner, make sure the scanner works in another car, here is a video to help us fix it:

Also, please check the fuse# c-14 (stoplight A/T cont) in the fuse panel at the left kick panel inside the car.

No it usually flashes I've jumped pins 4 and 6 multiple times before getting a tech 2 and the c 14 fuse was fine

Flash code method - but only if it’s the early OBD-II hybrid setup. I would turn the car on, engine not running and check all of the other fuses especially to the PCM.

Yes, the FL-3 ECM fuse under the hood, and the c-8 engine fuse c-9 IG coil fuse and the c-4 elec-ign fuse in the fuse panel under the dash. This guide can help.
