OBD port has no power and the power tailgate will not lift

I have no power when I try to plug in my obd reader and it will not communicate also my power tailgate will not open with any of the buttons. My cigarette socket has power and I don’t see any blow fuses. Can you give me some idea where’s to look thanks. Also when I plug my scanners in I get a beep on it then the display dies. Any help would be appreciated thanks
