Where is the OBD Port located?

I'm receiving an error when plugging my scan tool. It won't connect. Trying to locate the power port.

Hi,

Check pin 16 in the data link connector for power. It should have 12v at all times. See pic 1 below.

If there is no power, locate fuse 20 in the smart junction box inside the vehicle. Check that fuse. Also, confirm there is power to and from it.
