OB2 scanner will not communicate

Scanner will not communicate.

Use a meter or test light to be sure you have battery voltage on pin 16 and ground at pins 4 and 5. If no power check the DLC fuse in the under hood fuse block. If you have power and ground then try a different scan tool or try the one you have on a different vehicle to verify it works. What is the issue you are trying to scan for?

Thanks. Scan is for light no real problems as far as drive issues.

Good to hear did you get the scanner to work? Also, please try the scanner on a different car to confirm it works.
