I bought the truck, and it appears to have 4 new O2 sensors and 2 new cats. Check engine light on and even after being reset comes back on. I was told that it probably has a computer issue. I ordered a refurbished computer that was programmed to the truck and ended up with more codes than originally had so I was able to send it back. All 4 O2 sensor codes are saying high voltage.

So, this is what my code reader brings up:

Stored codes
P1128
P1129
P0132
P0138
P0152
P0158

Pending codes
P1128
P1129
P0132
P0138
P0152
P0158

Permanent codes
P1128
P1129
P0132
P0152
P0138
P0158
P0038
P0032

Thanks in advance for any help.

This is a PCM issue, I would try another place for a rebuilt PCM. here is how the job is done correctly if you need it. Also, this guide can help:

Check out the images (below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I don't believe it's a PCM issue because even with the reman PCM, the original O2 codes still showed up. That PCM had other codes that the truck had no issues with.

Can you clear the codes and then turn the key on without starting the engine and re-run the codes please?

I started it and let it run for a few minutes. I shut it off and plugged the scan tool back in. I wanted to send live data pics as well but before the scan tool got to the live data screen, all stored, pending, and permanent codes are on the scanner again.

Thanks for the images, it sounds like the PCM is bad, but to be sure let's check the power and grounds. This guide can help, and I have included the wiring diagrams for the PCM so you can see which wires to test and how the system works.

Apparently there is a compatibility issue with aftermarket sensors. Replaced all 4 with OEM sensors and the issues were all fixed.
