O2 Sensor fail?

Own the truck listed above and O2 sensor has failed with less then 700 miles on truck... Should I be concerned? Should I turn it back in for refund or let Toyota fix it?

Let Toyota fix it. Most likely a simple bad part or it was installed wrong. Should be fully covered with that low mileage.
