Fluctuating engine temperatures

Normal heat for ten minutes then temperature gauge rises above 210 an then turns to complete cold air, radiator cap cold after driving.

I would recommend you start with replacing the thermostat. You can verify that by checking when it is hot. If the upper hose is hot and lower hose is cold then the thermostat is sticking. Let us know how that works out.

Found out about a quart low on antifreeze refilled purged and then drove Or three hours everything seemed OK no leaks ran two blocks after warming up the next morning Have water coming out of the side seal of lower intake manifold ABS light came on RPMs shut up till about 3000 seem like didn't want to shift should I replace any sensors while attempting to put gasket on manifold?

I would do the intake gasket first it could be causing all of your problems.
