Noise from my right tire when driving over small bumps?

Every time I hit small bumps, I hear a squeaking noise and when I go over uneven road, I hear the squeaking noise I push down on my truck where I hear the noise and I can hear it when I push down on it.

Front or rear? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. It sounds like you have sway bar bushing or link that needs to be replaced here are instructions in the images below just in case. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.
