I am experiencing what I though was road noise coming from the van while driving, but I just recently put four new tires on and it is getting louder. Sounds like the right front. It is like a growl and humming. No wheel vibration or anything noticeable but the noise if deafening. Different ones say it is the front hub and bearing assembly. Your thoughts. Thanks, Mark

Try driving in a left hand circle then right circle. If noise is more predominant on left then it is the right wheel bearing because it is turning faster.

Yup, growl and hum sounds like a wheel bearing. They get small pits inside the bearing races and the effect becomes a sound like driving on the rumble strips but faster and louder because of the way the chassis carries the sound into the cabin.
Does the sound change if you turn even a bit in either direction while the noise is loudest?
