No voltage on primary side of coil

There was power on both terminals only that the light came on one and the other just clicked. I have 5 terminals. I tested each one for power. I got power on 3 of them. I'm not good at reading resistor diagrams on the the resistor. But I got power on 3 of them, 2 that lit the light, one that just clicked. I think it was 85 and 87 that lit up and 86 that just clicked.

Okay, the ECM is not grounding the relay.

Looks like you need the ECM.

Okay, I thank you very much and should have used this sight about 3 weeks ago. But I need to ask you one question. There is no way to ground the circuit without buying an ECM at this time?
