Any driveability issues? Does it start and run ok? If it cranks good but won't start, check the dark green wire with orange tracer at the coil assembly for voltage, engine cranking?

The P1391 is intermittent cam or crank signal, I'd have to catch the problem in the act to determine what is going on.

You can do an ohms test at the coil rail terminals not the wiring connector, unplug it. Do ohms test between the terminal for dark green wire with orange tracer and each one of the other terminals, one at a time. If the ohms spec isn't between.6 and.9 ohms, my info says to replace coil rail assembly. I wouldn't replace anything without trying to be sure.

I guess you need to let the dealer look at it. Intermittent stuff can be hard to get a handle on.
