No turn signals. All fuses good. Hazard lights work.

Hello,

It sounds like you might have a faulty turn signal flasher relay.
This vehicle has a flasher relay that controls both the turn signals and the hazard lights.
It is a 10 pin relay.
The relay is located in the fuse panel on the right side of the floor console.
Check the relay for any visible corrosion or burnt pin(s).
You also should be able to test the relay as well.

Here is how to check the relays:

Another possibility is a faulty turn signal switch.
Many of these GM vehicles have issues with the multifunction switch which controls the turn signal.

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
