No crank, no start and dash lights are not working after replacing the battery and starter

Changed battery and starter. Now no lights on dash or start.

Okay. If all we changed was the battery and starter then we need to start with making sure the connections at the battery are clean and tight.

If they are then we need to check the voltage at the starter and find out if we have proper voltage at the starter in order to get it started.

I would suggest we start with the not starting issue and then go from there.
