I can't even get to crank over. I redid my grounds, chased all my wires, replaced the front end harness, replaced the basic starter, alternator, and battery, brand new ignition, checked all fuses, and replaced spark plugs and wires, new fuel pump, new lines and filter, new radiator, new steering wheel switches, and have no ob1 scanner. But still nothing. I don't think the PCM is bad because nothing I have done would work if it was correct? I get no power at all. And have no power when it's pedal to the floor, hard shift going from drive/park to reverse. (Yes, I have fluid in transmission and engine) but absolutely no power. Why?

Okay, could you clarify the issue please? You say that it doesn't start in the first part then list a lot of parts that were changed out but then say that it has no power and doesn't shift. All different issues. If it's a no start, what does it do when you turn the key? No power to the car? Lights come on but the starter doesn't spin? Starter spins but the engine doesn't start?
What was the reason for all the new parts? Was it running prior to those parts?
