Truck turns over but will not start. Jumping B+ and fuel pump at diagnostic port will not do it, but jumping from fuel pump directly to battery positive post will start the truck. Took out circuit opening relay and attached a twelve volt source to STA and E1 which closes points and allows continuity between B+ and fuel pump. Without the twelve volt source have continuity between STA and E1, B+ and FC. No continuity between B+ and fuel pump.

Apart from the circuit opening relay, there is the main relay which supplies power to the fuel pump.

A faulty MAF can also cause the problem.

Check out the link for the wiring circuit diagram.

I found that the problem was the fuel injector relay. I seemed to test OK, but putting in a new one did the trick. Thanks
