No Start Condition

I just recently had the engine and transmission rebuilt. After exiting the highway and coming to a complete stop the car would cut off but would immediately crank back up. This would also happen while slowing down in city driving and making a right turn. Two days ago I started the car, sat there for about two minutes with it idling and it shut off and will not start again. I ran the vehicle self diagnostic and code P1289 comes up.

This is manifold tune valve circuit which can be a bad PCM, a ASD relay connection or wiring problem or manifold solenoid. Try wiggling connectors and check ASD relay as that may be corroded causing poor contact. Picture shows where part is but may be under intake manifold.
