Seems like it wants to start up at first but then cuts out. I did ask and I can look for codes first car with a b212d ignition run only and input circuit open. Second code U1415 missing data. Third U1414/missing control unit network. Fourth P0706/transmission range sensor. I checked fuses and relays found nothing blown. Is there something connecting them together. I'm stumped.

Good morning,

I would first start with a compression test to be sure you have the timing correct. If the timing is not correct, it will not start. The compression should be 140-160 pounds on all cylinders

Did the old timing chain fail? If it did, there is a chance of damaged valves as this is an interference engine.

The other codes are for the restraint system, not the engine system.
