Just stopped starting, it will run easily with starting fluid in the throttle body. I have replaced everything from the fuel pump, relay, EEC relay, ignition coil, ignition control module, ECM, distributor, injectors, and battery. Checked the inertia switch and even bypassed on a test, the spout sensor, I have 5-7 volts at the injectors, 40+ psi at the rail and it will not start. I have no idea but it seems that the injectors will not open.

Good morning,

5 to 7 volts is no good. You need battery voltage or at least 12.4 volts for them to work.

What is the battery voltage?

14.2 volts on the battery 5-7 volts at the injectors should be right on the money.

The injector needs 12.4 to work. Inspect the harness for any corrosion or other damage.

Is it possible the ECM is not giving a full signal? The ECM is new. I will check the connection and wires at the harness is there anywhere else to look for low volts?
Thanks again

Not the ECM. The voltage comes from the power relay.

Check the harness.
