No start after replacing water pump?

I recently changed out the water pump was you know it up to the timing chain. I also changed out chain tensioner. Make sure all my timing marks are lined up timing chain find out for the marks on the sprockets. So I went to start the motor and turns over sounds good but I have no fire. So I ran an auto scan on it in a code team up saying that I have an open circuit on the ignition. What should I look for a fuse relay or something else? Not quite sure where to look on the car for these circuits. He didn't want to fire up at first but then it shut off.
