Hello my name is Dave.

My first question is if you changed the fuel filter. If you haven't I would start there. There are a few other things that could cause these symptoms. I would recommend checking fuel pressure, even though you replaced the fuel pump there is a chance you got a faulty one or that a number of other components that can prevent you from getting fuel pressure. I have attached included a link to our tutorial on testing a fuel pump that covers these components. I am also including a link to our tutorial on how to test injectors because if the injectors aren't working you will get the same symptoms as a faulty fuel pump and no fuel pressure.

This is the link for testing the fuel pump and system: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-fuel-system-pressure-and-regulator

This is the one for testing your injectors: https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-a-fuel-injector Hopefully this will help you track down your issue.

If you have any more question please feel free to ask and thank you for using 2CarPros

Yes Dave, I did change the fuel filter. I have the fuel regulator to install in the fuel pump. I hear the pump engage.

I would go ahead and do the pressure check and if tests to be good move on to the injector test.
