No start

I am working on a buddy's car he has played out by so many people I feel bad. So it is the vehicle listed above and he put an engine out of a 1998 - 1999 that was running. Now it turns over, but no injector pulse has fuel pressure no spark? Can anyone help?

Hello,

Yes, lets get this car running. First when you turn the ignition key to the on position does the security light flash also can you hear the fuel pump power up in the tank?
