no start

it will not start so i had battery tested and was bad so got new battery. installed battery and registered it but will not start. i did notice there is a plug not plugged in on battery. i do not see a place for it to plug in and when i took bad battery out I did not notice the plug until the new battery. I have researched the battery but nothing shows this plug. i have included picture to show you.

That looks like some kind of service connector and may not be used. Is the security light flashing when you try to start it?

I can't get it to start before new battery or after new battery

Okay, we need to check to see if it is an ignition or fuel related issue.
