I have a 2001 Toyota Celica now one day it started then turned off I tried to start it since and nothing I went threw timing fuel and spark now fuel and spark are not working so I replaced ECU and nothing still so when the car turned off I had a check engine light on for mass air flow and when it shut off my check engine light went off and so did my temp gauge on my cluster box any idea why that happened now my car wont even try and start im guessing some relay fuse or something electrical any suggestions

Hello,

When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds? Here is a guide to help us see whats going on:
