No start

Fuel pumps run on each tank by using selector switch on dash. Inertia switch is down. There is only a gas filter on the frame under the drivers door. Cranks but does not even try to start. Is there a selector switch on this pickup or does it not have one? Are there 3 pumps (2 fuel pumps on the tanks and 1 booster pump)?
