No spark except when turning key off

304 v-8 have replaced icm coil and ignition switch with the jeep in on position only have 5.4 volts jeep will not crank any ideas?

Check battery for condition including load test. Check connections at starter relay and fusible links at relay

YOU MEAN WHILE KEY IS IN THE START POSITION, IT'S-A-FIRING, WHEN YOU TURN LOOSE IT DIES?

AND WE'RE GETTING HOW MANY VOLTS WHILE IT IS TURNING OVER (CRANKING)?

GIMME A LIST OF WHAT HAS BEEN REPLACED (AND WHY?) (AND WAS IT RUNNING PRIOR TO THE REPLACING?)
