I am not getting power to the fuel pump. Is there a fuse or relay that I need to check out? The fuse panel lid is missing so I do not have a diagram.

I checked those. They are good. Shouldn't there be a separate relay for the pump. So it primes when you turn the ignition switch on.

Not according to the wiring diagram the one runs the pump you could have a bad pump. Check fuel pressure although you may need an adapter to test it if no Schrader valve on fuel rail.
