Accessory key position all function properly. Turn the key to start, all power gone and goes black. Have to disconnect/reconnect the battery to correct and then she starts fine. Only happens intermittently.

Hi,

What you described sounds like a connection issue. Does this happen every time you try starting the vehicle?

Do me a favor. Take a look at this link. It discusses what you described and how to fix it. Let me know if it helps.

Your assistance corrected the problem. The negative side of the battery terminal was loose. So far everything seems to be working fine. Thank you.
