K5 Blazer has a 383 stroker engine. It was running good. Got home parked it next morning it will act like it want to start but it would not. I have 12.8 volts every where under the hood you get to fuse panel and there is nothing. Tried it with key on and off. Nothing will come on inside of truck. Can you help me out on where to look next?

Check for a burnt fusible link off of starter and battery. See picture.
