No heat on passenger side vents, mild heat middle left vent and full heat driver vent. Checked DTC indicators and saw a DTC 5 (problem in mode control linkage, doors, or motor circuit). Noticed that the passenger side blend door actuator wasn’t flipping when changing temperatures so I tried plugging in a new blend door actuator, but the motor wouldn’t flip when I changed temperature. Made me think it was a fuse issue, so I swapped out #36 fuse but still no luck. Though I’m honestly not sure if that was even the right fuse. Didn’t have tools to test voltage so could be that the cord just doesn’t have power going to the blend door actuator. Previously had A/C issues necessitating a compressor replacement and a few other items, but I don’t think it’s related to heat issue as the heat issue seemed to exist prior. Any thoughts on what could be causing this or what else to check?

Just to be sure I am clear as to what you are seeing. When you plug in a new actuator it is not moving at all but all the others are working correctly?

So, when you change the temperature the driver side responds correctly, but the passenger side never moves no matter where you put the temperature?

If that is the case, then we more than likely have an issue with the climate control unit.

There is a chance that there is an issue with the temperature sensor, but it appears there is only one for the entire vehicle and not one on each side of the vehicle.

If there was a separate temperature sensor then we could suspect it was just not accurate.

However, we need to go to the actuator and check the voltage on the three wires when you are changing the temperature.

Please see the wiring diagram below and that will show the wires that we need to know what they are when you are changing the temperature.

If you have no voltage or it is not moving, then the control unit is the issue.

The power and ground are shared with all the other actuators so we can assume for now that this is not the issue.
