Hi! I just want to know the location of the blendoor actuator on the passenger side on the chevy cruze 2013. And I want to know if do I have to remove the entire dash board to have an acces to the actuator?

Thank you!

If you have good heat on one side but not the other it likely isn't the blend door actuator as that car only has a single actuator that controls both sides. The more common reason for low heat on that side is a partially plugged heater core. For that you could try a heater core flush to clean out the core and see if you get heat back. For that you use a flush tool with water and air to stir up the debris and flush it out.
