No fuel getting to engine

This truck has the 4.3 w with CDI injection. Pulled motor out and put in low mileage one. Motor will start with gas put in intake, have fuel to injectors. Have replaced fuel pump filter and nut lines the injector too. New distributor as well. In addition new oil sending unit. Have 12 volt going through injector.

Good morning,

When you monitor voltage at the injector, does the wire that goes to the ECM quad driver flash with a test light while cranking?

If it does then you need to verify fuel pressure.

If it does not then you need an ECM.
