No Fault on diagnostic but check engine light on

Light on, losing power but no fault on diagnostic test?

Good afternoon,

Usually, when the check engine light is on, there is a fault code stored.

It may be your code reader that is not picking it up if it is in a system your reader cannot access. Take it to a parts store and have them read it for you with there scan tool.

Beyond that, it could be an issue with the ECM itself. As far as the low power, how long has it been since you changed your filters?

It was super cheap auto that did the diagnostic test. It is due for a service so I’ll will change filters and get back to you once done. Hope it helps
