No crank, no start condition

My vehicle listed above limited model will not crank. I pulled start relay and verified voltage at point 30 and 86 with key in start. I jumpered across points 30 and 87 and starter cranks but vehicle will not start. I purchased a new relay and installed. Still no crank. Looking for what to look at next? Thanks

Good evening,

Is the theft or security light on? it should come on and go off after about ten seconds.

if it does then it is not security.

if it does not then it is a security issue. see if you have another key.

Pin 85 is grounded by the PCM. it needs to see park or neutral on the neutral safety switch and also needs to see the password for the key to ground the terminal and let it start.
