No crank no start

The red is blinking for the anti theft system. No crank no start. How do I reset it?

Does the service engine soon light illuminate when you turn the key to the run position (second click)? The power-train control module codes need to be retrieved in order to follow the correct diagnostic routine. There is no simple reset. It could be anything from a bad key, faulty PCM power relay, PCM, transceiver ring, but to pinpoint it we need the codes.
