I got the car from a friend at work she stated that it needs new brake pads. The shop she took it to said the lines were in bad shape we live in Iowa so the under carriage was all rusted the rear drum brakes were so bad I chose to delete them completely. I then replaced the lines from abs to calipers in front, capped off the ones to rear. Bled front and I still have nothing I don't have a lot of money but it's my only vehicle I need these brake to work. Help?

The only way to get a good brake pedal is to have both front and rear working, there is a load balancer inside the brake master. Also, how did you block the line for the rear? you may have air stuck in the ABS controller, the valves need to be opened when bleeding to get the air out. Please go over this guide

This will go over the reasons the brake pedal can be low.

I totally removed the rear brake lines, they were, leaking all over everytime I replaced a section they would leak sowe where else. I have almost no money and couldn't put everything on the rear that they would have needed everything. After I removed the lines I capped the spot on abs mod where they originated. Then I pulled fuse on ABS.

Yep, chances are air is trapped inside the ABS unit.

Ok so I noticed yesterday that none of that abs wiring is plugged in and as I said I pulled tbe fuse myself. I'm putting in a new master cylinder cause it's leaking on the back side. Is there any way to bleed that abs module without a scanner?

Not really, you need the scanner to open the valves. This video will help
