No airflow from vents?

2016 TOYOTA TACOMA

Mice ate up the cabin filter. I cleaned it out & replaced the blower motor but now there is no airflow even though the fan runs.could it be the blower door actuator? Where is that located?

Yes the mode actuator can cause this issue, you can remove it and then while still being plugged in work the HVAC controls (engine on) to see if the actuator moves. Here is a guide to help and the location of the actuator in the images below.
