When front dash vents are on there is little air coming out. We can feel some, but not much. Rear roof vent system works great.

More than likely this is the mode door actuator has failed and you are getting a little bit of air due to the door being mostly closed but a little bit of air is able to get through.

Here is a guide that will help with this:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/low-or-no-air-flow-from-vents

Take a look a the info attached below and let me know if you have questions. However, I would suggest accessing the actuator and move the position of the air and see if the actuator moves.

Thanks

Thank you for the advice. However, we replaced the blower resistor, and everything works great now. Thanks again for the response.

Thank you for that info. I didn't pick it up in the title of the post and focused more on the details you gave. The floor, defrost and vents are all different actuators.

So, this means the overall system had low air flow so of course the blower would not putting out much air.

I am sorry that I missed that but so glad that you found it and then came back to update us.

Thanks for using 2CarPros.
