At first air will come out the vents. After a short time, the air stops coming out of the vents. The blowers motor is working fine. But no air is coming out of the vents or floor or defrost. If it sits for a short time, air will come out the vents but soon it will stop. What is happening?

Here is a guide that will help with this issue:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/low-or-no-air-flow-from-vents

If the blower motor is working properly then the likely issue is the mode door and not the blend door. The blend door controls the air temperature and not the direction of the air. This would be the mode door.

I attached the info below on this actuator for your review.

Please run through this and let me know if you have questions on it. Thanks

That is correct. That is the most likely thing that would cause it. It is basically the same part as the blend door actuator it just controls where the air comes out (floor, dash, defrost) where the blend door controls the temperature of the air.
