2000 Nissan Xterra Check Engine Light is ON

Check Engine Light is On in my xterra, My CD Player nor My GPS is working. But Engine runs OK with out any problem, When I took it to dealer, he said knock sensor should be replaced, I got it replaced with new one, but the problem still remains, I guess it has something to do with the electric system. Please let me know if there is any other thing that's causing problem.

Was engine light reset after knock sensor was replaced? If not it should have been to see if code comes back. As for radio / GPS, check fuses for the circuit.

The mechanic where I got it replaced said the light was gone, but the light is back again. Problem with radio / cd player is The Radio Works fine, but when I try to insert the cd player, Cd is ejecting back. Simliar problem With the Cigerrete lighter port too the GPS Cable shows green light but the GPS Does't getting power / charge.
