What was the code? It may be a bad tcm or broken wire etc

I didnt see a code. Just says. Trans communication line error. The car doesnt seem to shift gears on highway. Satys in low gear I think

You need to get the transmission looked at and see what the live data feed shows, this will confirm that gears are being selected and the TTC is working along with many other parameters.
