1991 Nissan Truck hard to put into gear

1991 nissan pick up 2wd, manual transmission, it is hard to get it into gear. Specially first thing in the morning. After driven for a few miles it does get easier to put into gear. The pedal is soft most of the time as well. This has been going on for about a week.

Hi there, start with bleeding the clutch and check for any leaks and repair as required, also if it is just for the first few changes, I would check the transmission oil specs, and change the oil to make sure it is correct.
