2001 Nissan Sentra OBD2 codes P0140 & P0154

These 2 codes are still coming up even after the top 2 sensors(still 2 below manifold)have been replaced, by reading the definitions of the codes of showing no activity from either, this seems like an electrical problem for these 2 sensors? Would I be right seeing as how one of these codes is for one of the brand new sensors?

Check dealer for recalls I had same problem my computer and sensors were recalled
