When I turn the key in the ignition my car turns over but it wont catch and doesnt start. I'm sure its not my stater because I just replaced it and I know it would not crank if it was my starter, please any suggestions?

Get a repair manual see below. You can start by disconnecting a sparkplug wire and grounding it to the engine while cranking it over-do you have a snapping blue spark? If not continue to troubleshoot the igniton system-could be the ignition coil, crank angle sensor in the distributor.
