1994 Nissan Sentra starting engine

Car unused for long time. On cranking engine turns smoothly but will not start. (Used to start instantly.) Fuel gage was reading zero. Added two gallons to tank.

Would appreciate tips on how to approach problem.

Hi and welcome to 2carpros

Pull the coil wire off the distributor and ground it to the engine-crank engine over do you have a snapping blue spark. If so crank engine over again this time listen to the fuel injectors are they clicking? Do the above and comeback with your findings.
