My 93 sentra takes a long time to start when it is cold. Had complete tune up done, new fuel pump.

I am assuming that you replace the fuel filter as well, right? Next check is your coolant temp sensor, intake air temp sensor, mass air flow sensor, and your injectors.

Fuel filter, coolant temp sensor, mass air flow and injectors were replaced. You said the air intake temp sensor but when I called the parts store they said there is no listing for this car. Do you know where it is located?

My apology. 91 - 94 GA16 IAT sensor is a part of MAF sensor. 95 - 98 has separate sensor.

As you have replaced nearly everything, the next thing to check is timing. Your camshaft sensor is inside your distributor. It measures the engine speed to feed fuel into the engine. Don't replace just yet, test it.
