2005 Nissan Pathfinder 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

In the past when I would turn up the fan control to 3 or 4 (4 being the highest) the air would cut of, stop blowing and then in a few seconds come back on. Well now it completely quit. So my question is. Is it the fan control knob or the fan itself. Or maybe something else.

Sounds like it may be the fan speed resistor. Use a test light to verify power/ground at the blower motor when switch is on, if it has power and no air blowing the blower motor is probably bad. If you get it working, but it is lacking different speeds, you may want to try a fan speed resistor
