Recently my vehicle was running a little rough for no apparent reason so I took the air box off to see if it was clogged and vehicle started to run fine, then I pulled the MAF just to check and make sure it was still good, whenever I pulled the MAF I pulled with a pair of pliars b/c that thing was on there, the pliers slipped and clamped too tight on the wires, the wire sparked and the engine died, no big deal, I blew my ECCS fuse, I rewired the MAF, vehicle still will not start, I checked all fuses, nothing, the vehicle turns over just fine, but there is no spark to the plugs. And I am pretty sure I am getting fuel, I tested the fuel pressureafter the filter and it was fine, gas smelled good too. I took a voltmeter and tested everything around the distributor, there is 12 -13 volts getting to where it needs to on a new distributor and rotor. I pulled a plug wire, no voltage, I pulled a plug, no spark, I checked the rotor, the distributor and replaced the plugs still no start. I replaced the MAF, the ECU and the Crank position sensor and there is still no spark. At the top of the distributor there is.05 volts getting to the plug wire, and like.02 at the other end of the plug wire, I can't figure out for the life of me why there is no spark. Could you please help.

It could be due to coil which is located inside the distributer just check that, as current supplied to plugs from the coil only. I think it should be coil.
Best of luck.
