Car stall and is hard to start at times. Can start if I spray starting fluid in intake plenum. Replaced fuel pump, filter and relay. Still stalling. I am in the process of replacing fuel pressure regulator. Any other parts that would cause this problem?

Hello,

If you are able to start it with starting fluid, then it means that the engine is not getting fuel.
As you have a new fuel pump, it could be due to a clog in the fuel line or a bad fuel pressure regulator.
Check the fuel pressure using a pressure gauge. This vehicle should have 34-43 PSI of fuel pressure.

I have attached the fuel pressure regulator testing procedure below.

Please let me know of any questions.
Thank you.
