2006 Nissan Maxima something vibrating underneith

I hear something vibrating under the car everytime the accelerator is pressed. Can it be the exhaust?

It certainly could! There are heat shields, and the converter, grab a rubber mallett and tap on the pipes and converter, pray it's just a heat shield, which can be re-clamped, a converter with a broken bed will rattle too, and costs way more to fix!
