Electrical problem 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 125000 miles

I replaced the starter and had to take out the battery to do this. Now the car won't start. I am only guessing but I believe its the anti theft that won't let it start. The lights come on but the electric windows, seats or radio won't work. When I turn the key there is no clicking no nothing. The anti theft light blinks. I no longer have the car remote. How do you disable the anti theft?

Hello,

Disconnect the battery for 30 minutes and then connect it. Next roll up all of the windows and lock the car let it sit for another 30 minutes. Unlock the drivers door using the key or fob. This should reset the alarm.
